- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop and configure Power Apps applications to support data entry and user interactions based on business requirements.
- Setup Power BI workspaces and apps
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate workflows and automation solutions
- Perform data integration and manipulation tasks using connectors and APIs.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
- Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.
- US citizenship is required
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer with demonstrable experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Hands on experience with Oracle and SQL Server and writing SQL statements
- Experience supporting data analytics/data modeling projects
- Strong knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) language (ex: used to assign securities for workspaces in the cloud)
- Proficient in both Model-Driven and Canvas based PowerApps and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, components, and capabilities.
- Proficient in Power Automate expressions, Power Apps formula language (PowerFx), DAX, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration techniques, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in creating visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with GCC-High a plus
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Fundamentals) are preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic and innovative IT team. As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will primarily focus on designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools, with a strong emphasis on Power BI and Power Apps. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $119,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
