      Job Description & Summary

      Job overview:

      We are looking to grow our Digital Factory with an experienced Power Platform and Sharepoint subject matter expert that will help us deliver high quality services to our customers.

      Responsibilities and Duties:

      • Develop assets using Power Platform for prototyping / production use

      • Discuss with business to understand objectives and challenges and help them overcome them through leveraging Power Platform capabilities

      • Manage Power Platform, facilitate requests for new environments, allocation of licenses, enforce governance standards, etc.

      • Continually review utilization of Power Platform and take corrective actions to ensure adoption/removal of obsolete assets

      • Evangelize Power Platform capabilities and support upskilling of like minded colleagues

      • Manage the existing SharePoint On-Premise environment (infrastructure and applications) e.g. troubleshoot issues, provide support, manage permissions, run and maintain backups, apply security patches etc.

      • Migrate sites from SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online

      • Perform basic configuration and customization of SharePoint sites according to business requirements and defined specifications

      • Administer the SharePoint infrastructure, ensure security posture strengthening

      • Perform regular monitoring and health checks over the SharePoint platform and its constituent elements

      • Assist with tackling various challenges in the Microsoft ecosystem

      • Regular reporting to stakeholders

      Qualifications:

      • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate etc

      • Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps

      • Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods

      • Automating with Microsoft Power Automate

      • Experience with API or Rest services integrations

      • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

      • SharePoint certifications are an advantage

      • ShareGate experience is an advantage

      • Possesses ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint

      • Proficiency with the use of Windows Servers, Windows powershell, SQL server management

      • Familiarity with software development stack like .NET, C#, JavaScript

      • General knowledge and interest in getting involved with various Microsoft technologies

      • Understanding of network and information security concepts

      • Possessing strong problem-solving and analytical skills

      • Open minded, self driven, eager to learn new technologies and put newly acquired knowledge into practice

      • Exceptional collaborative and communication skills

      • Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
