Provide Technical Expertise & Development in areas focusing on the design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
Define and enforce development best practices and governance model
Be a technical expert passionate about innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement, responsible for crucial communications and gaining enterprise-wide partner consensus.
Define and implement development standard processes and standards.
Project Management and Delivery of multiple projects ensuring timely delivery.
Conduct training sessions and workshops.
Stay updated with latest power platform features.
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, OR a two-year technical diploma. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required; For candidates who do not possess a technical diploma, an additional 2-years of related experience is required.
Six or more years of directly related experience in Power Platforms.
Proven ability in challenging project work and experience in guiding technical teams.
Ability to foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
A problem solver with a positive demeanor and good interpersonal skills to be able to connect with senior leaders, internal groups, and external partners.
Office environment.
Approximately 5% of travel required. Valid passport required.
