  Genesis10 is seeking a PowerBI Report Developer for a contract with our client in Minnetonka, MN. 100% Remote.
  
  Job Description:
  This person will be working in Client within the Value Based Care organization working for the VP of Operations Plan and Analysis And network development department. He needs a PowerBI consultant who can stand up an internal operations reporting providing dashboard creation and reports. They need to have strong PowerBI as well as SQL knowledge in order to retrieve the data from the database from the workflow tool called PEP – it is a practice extend platform/tool for pharmacy and its sits on Pega. If anyone has experience working on any healthcare management systems or Pega they would be able to pick up the PEP tool to pull the data out easily. It is more of a transactional database.
  
  
  Required Basic Qualifications:
  • For example, the value based care org will have admin care coordinators who will reach out to a patient who is high risk and recently discharged.
  • They will schedule a time to meet with the pharmacist to discuss their medication etc. This case will be logged into PEP, the appt. logged in, the pharmacy meeting and notes logged in and results logged in.
  • So examples of reports from the data that goes into the system is the following:
  • How many interventions by the admin case coordinator occurred
  • How many patients were discharged last week
  • How many recommendations by the pharmacist were made to change their medications and outreached to their primary care
  • Need to have great communication skills, detail skills, SQL skills and PowerBI report development and dashboard creation.
  
  Compensation:
  Hourly W2 pay rate $48.00-$54.00
  We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
