      SALARY: £37,548 - £41,720
      LOCATION: Chester

      HOURS: Full-Time
      WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Chester office.

      We’ve entered an exciting chapter for the activation and management of our paid digital campaigns. With dual systems access and a single unified team across LBG and our media agency Zenith, we’re set up for a day-to-day culture of delivering best practice and impactful optimisations. This dual approach also influences our management, reporting and analyse; working collaboratively as part of a fully coordinated team.

      Your Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and reporting of paid search accounts to deliver sales targets and improve return on investment.

      • Be in the platforms optimising activity, analysing data and providing practical recommendations.

      • Work very closely with Zenith, as an integrated Paid Search activation team.

      • Collaborate with internal Product / Campaign colleagues, as a virtual team.

      • Ensure robust test designs and measurement frameworks are put in place to effectively drive incremental outcomes

      • Support Channel Leads to define and implement the Growth Strategy for the channel including insights, tests and innovation.

      • Detailing and sharing impactful optimisations through PowerPoint documents and presentations with the immediate and wider team.

      What you'll need

      You’re self-motivated and able to organise your time effectively. Positive and proactive in your approach, you have excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills. And you’re adept at communicating clear, concise messages in written and verbal form.

      Essential Skills:

      • Hands-on practical experience gained within the workplace of Google Marketing Platform systems, including Google Ads as a minimum.

      • Operationally proficient in search principles, including Google Ads advancements, and how the search market operates.

      • Strong direct response experience i.e. working towards a strict cost per conversion target.

      • Detailed knowledge about data interrogation and how to apply this to granular account optimisation in line with KPI metrics and target s .

      • Competent Excel skills and proficiency in basic data analytics.
