- Job Description-  Req#: 10746
- Preparation of Purchase Requisition for projects & Monitoring & Control of planned vs actual manufacturing man-hours.
- Preparation of production orders for issuance of material to stores & to carry out manufacturing to manufacturing department
- Complete arrangement of standard as well as project specific, tooling kick off
- Organize tooling kick – off for project specific.
- Ensuring timely execution of materials required for the project.
- Co- ordination between DE, QA, SCM, Manufacturing Stores & Dispatch for timely execution of project.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of materials to sites, as per project & company sales target.
- Site co-ordination of various activities like stacking, winding, Rim stacking and assembly.
- Development activities of new vendors for tooling & other Critical project requirement.
- Manufacturing hours calculation for project manufacturing cost calculation
- Responsible for project scheduling
- Having Experience of more than 5 Years.
- Friendly user of SAP ( PP Module)
- Execution Knowledge of LH,CH,SR & GT Project cycle from PP
- Good command on MS office & MSP
