Summary
The PPG Provider Logistics Coordinator manages day-to-day execution of Parkview Physicians Group’s provider logistic efforts, in support of organizational success. Coordinates provider data collection, analysis, and dissemination, provider internal and external directories, internal and external events, operational/clinical patient communication, provider state medical memberships and new provider orientation documents, among other duties. Works closely with PPG Provider Logistics Manager, provider recruitment, facilities, planning and other key departments. Leads and coordinates patient education channels, including letters, videos, and clinic lobby TV monitors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related field.
Experience
Must have two to four years of experience in business, communications, or project management.
Other Qualifications
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Healthcare experience desirable. Must be fluent in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint.
