Pandora is looking for a PR & Influencer Marketing specialist to support the development and to implement Pandora’s Marketing of Influence roadmap in Spain & Portugal. They will report to the Marketing Manager Iberia and be a part of a 12 people team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Brand Plans:
o Plan and execute the roll-out of Marketing of Influence roadmap, to support key business objectives and ensure brand consistency.
o Land the global MKT of Influence guidelines, adapting them to the market and enriching them, to ensure optimal local execution and maximize main KPIs (Reach, EMV, Engagement Reach and Impressions)
o Constant and consistent search for new opportunities to increase brand visibility and desirability.
• Coordination:
o Coordinate the work with the locals MKT of Influence agencies (Spain & Portugal), to ensure strategic alignment towards brand objectives, rigorous execution and meeting deadlines.
o Lead the relationship and activities roadmap with the brand’s influencers crew.
o Support and coordinate with PR to align activations and maximize KPI’s.
o Collaborate with Paid Media team to drive special branding operations.
o Supervise specific influencer marketing operations and activities in collaboration with the agencies and other departments
• Events:
o Contribute to organize influencers events for new collections or specific brand needs
o Support Project management of WOW projects
• Reporting:
o Develop the reporting on Influence activities, focusing on KPIs, key insights, learnings and recommendation for upcoming activities, using several platforms.
o Keep up to date with the latest fashion PR, branding, marketing and consulting trends and technologies. Up to date with fashion industry business and news.

o Social media and strong digital skills
o Good knowledge on influencers arena
o Knowledge of the media environment, different media and their specific features
o Fluent English & Spanish
o PR Project Management experience
