- Create Rounding Lists
- Enter home health charges in Medimobile when necessary
- Answer Patient Calls
- Send PCP Letters
- Assist w/ coordinated care
- Perform research for Bundled Payment team
- Provide discharge data for site medical director & hospital reporting
- Assist in getting death certificates processed
- Calculate patient volume daily
- Maintain patient lists in Medimobile
- Reconcile electronic medical record list with medimobile
- Report charge & rounding list deficiencies to providers
- Collect provider mail & faxes
- Call pharmacies, patients, patient families when necessary
- Assist with recruiting
- Schedule new provider orientations
- Schedule interviews for provider candidates
- Coordinate provider vaccination info w/ hospital
- Format & distribute monthly schedule to hospital as needed
- Onboard new hires into necessary processes and systems
- Order lab coats, business cards, office supplies
- Plan luncheons
- Schedule staff meetings, create agenda, take minutes
- Send email communications to physician teams
- Clean/stock break room & office area
- Provide procedure list to hospital administrator.
- Collate HCAP data
- Collate hospitalist tracking report
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, billing, and compliance requirements for a hospital setting
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to effectively prioritize work daily and follow up on open items in a timely manner
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting established production and quality goals/metrics
- Able to communicate and work well in a team environment
- Be customer service focused
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 2 or more years of related experience
- Associate degree is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite with special emphasis in Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Paid Time Off:

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a full time Practice Coordinator in New Hampshire!
Responsibilities
Summary The Practice Coordinator is responsible for various administrative and operational functions to support the Division to which the Practice Coordinator is assigned. The Practice Coordinator will act as a resource to the hospital, providers, and patient community.
This will be an onsite position. You will be required to come into the facility/facilities that you support on a daily basis.
This is a Monday-Friday position. No weekend or nights required!!
