This includes verifying/reverifying benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system .
Communicating and collecting copay amounts. Obtaining authorizations/re-authorizations/ and screening.
Identifying , resolving, or differing orders that have accounts receivable or clinical problems.
This individual works with both internal and external customers to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and meet all financial and clinical requirements prior to fulfillment.
Will also assist with Pharmacy related tasks as needed.

This position is responsible for overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders.

Must live within an hour commute from a CVS Specialty site.
Required Qualifications2+ years of PSR or BV experience
Active Pharmacy Technician license as required by home state
Active Pharmacy Technician Certification as required by home state
Strong Customer service skills and knowledge of pharmacy and computer programs
Preferred Qualifications
Must already be a PSR II
Experience with insurance/health care background plus
EducationVerifiable high school diploma or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
