- Manage daily operations, productivity, and budget of one or two health centers.
- Establish open communication climate, conduct Huddle, and adhere to Leader Standard of Work.
- Delegate tasks, work with providers to optimize patient services, and address open encounters.
- Ensure compliance with quality improvement guidelines and requirements.
- Develop and recommend programs for office operations, patient retention, and appointment availability.
- Maintain optimal patient care environment and monitor health center efficiency.
- Facilitate staff meetings, address clinical management issues, and report to the Director of Operations.
- Oversee procurement of medical equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Interview, select, and train new staff; conduct employee reviews and manage schedules.
- Review and validate employee timesheets; work with HR to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as office policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Management preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience in healthcare or five (5) years healthcare experience with leadership qualities.
- Adherence to Clinica Sierra Vista’s employee health/immunization requirements or valid exemption

We're looking for someone to join our team as a Practice Manager I who:
The Practice Manager I, in collaboration with the District Administrator/Director of Operations, oversees day-to-day operations at the health center, serving as the onsite representative of administration. This role focuses on implementing best practices, managing CSV health centers, and supporting culture transformation to enhance health outcomes and patient experience.
