Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment, Screening, and Treatment: Conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment services, providing patients with health education and advice tailored to their needs.

• Clinical Documentation: Accurately record all consultations, treatments, and patient interactions in the clinical computer system, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date patient records.
• Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary documentation related to patient care and practice registration. Collect and maintain statistical data required for regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Practice Meetings: Actively participate in practice meetings and contribute to discussions on practice philosophy, strategy, and policy. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols.
• Audits: Conduct monthly audits related to the role to ensure compliance with practice standards and identify areas for improvement.
