Job summary
The Lindum practice is a busy friendly surgery in uphill Lincoln. An opportunity to join our dedicated team as we expand to serve our challenging population . We encourage personal development and will support training needs to update skills for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
You will be joining a team of Practice Nurses and HCA's to help develop care pathways and meet practice targets . Our main priority is to give a good service to our patients .Experience in Chronic disease management would be welcomed.
