      ICON Eyecare is looking for a full-time Practice Supervisor for our Clinic, and we are willing to train!

      What you will do…

      • Oversight of daily operations for the clinic.
      • Participation in development of clinic teammates inclusive of ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
      • Promote our shared EVP Mission among all employees and providers.
      • Act as a liaison between the Clinic and Physician staff to problem solve and affect positive change.
      • Assist Practice Leader to drive patient volume in partnership with Regional President and other team members based upon an approved monthly budget.
      • Assist Practice Leader to develop and implement plans for systems, processes, and personnel designed to achieve the best patient experience and productivity across all functions.
      • Provide communication that produces high employee engagement and alignment with company strategies.
      • Mitigate human resource conflicts in a manner consistent with values and risk management objectives with the support of the Practice Leader and the People & Culture Business Partner.
      • Implement and monitor all operational policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, as well as all other federal, state, and local regulations and laws. Foster a compliance mentality within the clinic.
      • Monitor schedules, wait times and other operational activities, and implement improvements where necessary.

      What we require…

      • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Marketing preferred, or other related field appropriate experience may replace.
      • 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
      • Excellent physician relationship skills.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills.
      • Must be organized, self-motivated, energetic, capable of strong presentations, have excellent oral and written communication skills.
      • Must have the ability to quickly build rapport with team members and doctors.
      • Excellent managerial skills.
