Viega provides a post-high school pre-apprenticeship program that offers participants a detailed insight into Viega's careers and the possibility of advancing to an apprenticeship within the company. The program provides a hands-on environment in Plastics, Metals, Maintenance, and Tool shops, allowing participants to experience work in manufacturing. Successful program completion opens opportunities for participants to pursue one of Viega’s apprenticeship career paths.
