      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and submit compliant proposal packages on behalf of faculty and researchers
      - Prepare proposal budgets and non-technical components of grant applications
      - Review solicitation requirements and provide guidance to faculty for compliant submissions
      - Generate grant application packages on various government websites, including Research.gov and Grants.gov
      - Maintain knowledge of university research administration policies and provide guidance throughout the proposal process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Effective communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
      - Experience with proposal submissions for Department of Energy (DOE), NASA, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) sponsors is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proposal submission experience specifically with DOE, NASA, and/or DoD sponsors
      - Familiarity with university research administration policies and procedures
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Experience working in a high-volume research environment
      - Knowledge of grant application processes on government websites
