What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives
- Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and concerns
- Support policyholders with any requested policy changes
- Utilize excellent decision-making skills to address consumer concerns
- Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Proven oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months of call center experience
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
