Job Description
- Req#: 10611
- Be the source of constant contact and communication with all post-offer pending candidates.
- Organize and streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a pleasant candidate experience.
- Train and partner with facility leadership on processes and initiatives to improve new Stakeholder experience.
- Daily communication by phone, email, and text with all post-offer pending candidates in onboarding status, detailing the steps towards hire, to include references, start date confirmations, orientation details.
- Daily communication by phone, email, and text with all candidates advising on progress or delays towards hire.
- Daily communication by phone, email, and text with all candidates once clear for hire to validate start date changes and providing details on Orientation.
- Partner with regional team as needed to communicate challenges and issues; proactively identify solutions to help improve performance and/or processes.
- Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the candidate experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related healthcare work experience.
- Flexible hours may be required.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.

Proficient in Excel
Work Hours M-F 8 AM - 5 PM EST
Will be fully remote after training in our Louisville office.
Reside in KY or surrounding states preferred but not required

Salary Range
Up to USD $18.00/Hr.About the company
