      MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Project Manager to support our growing Central team. This is a remote role, but must be within MCA’s footprint.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

      • Collaborate with sales representatives, engineers, and subject matter experts to develop solution strategies that meet client needs and align with business goals.
      • Manage the pre-sales project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, resource coordination, milestone tracking, and timely delivery of proposals and statements of work.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the pre-sales phase.
      • Facilitate technical discovery meetings and document solution requirements, scope, and assumptions.
      • Coordinate internal approvals and ensure compliance with pricing, contract, and delivery standards.
      • Assist in the preparation of client-facing documentation such as proposals, bid responses, and presentations.
      • Manage the websites that are used for convenience contracts, e-Bids and lead tracking.

      WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in managing RFP/proposal response, project management, sales engineering coordination, or a pre-sales support role.
      • Familiarity with solution-based selling, proposal development, and technical scoping.
      • PMP certification or relevant project management training preferred.
      • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Experience in telecom, IT services, systems integration, or enterprise solutions preferred.

      YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

      TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

      Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
