      The Pre-Service Manager plays an integral role in the administration of care management by providing essential non-clinical support throughout the assessment and evaluation of members’ needs. This position is focused on guiding members and their families toward appropriate resources to achieve or maintain optimal wellness. The Manager, Care Management Support, operates within established guidelines and procedures, applying advanced technical expertise to address moderately complex issues. Assignments are received as objectives, and the manager is responsible for determining the approach, resources, schedules, and goals necessary to achieve them.

      The Pre-Service Manager is a key leader in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business processes, supporting team productivity, and driving the achievement of organizational objectives. Develops daily schedules, allocating resources, and organizing team efforts to efficiently meet operational goals. Provides direction, setting clear expectations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating productivity, and implementing improvements to optimize workflows. Rapidly identifies and resolves operational issues to minimize disruptions. Acts as a liaison between employees and senior management to ensure the effective flow of information and feedback. Oversees the work output, maintaining high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensures that all operations are in compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Offers coaching, mentorship, and training to support employee skill development and career growth. Manages inventory and equipment to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations. Responds effectively to emergencies or unexpected challenges to mitigate risk and maintain operational continuity.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
      • Three or more years of management experience, preferably within healthcare or a related environment.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead briefings and area meetings, with strong organizational and communication skills.
      • Four or more years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      • Applicable state licensure in the relevant field of study.
      • A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Master’s degree in business or a related field
      • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Access

      Additional Information

      • Remote (subject to change to Hybrid depending on business need)

      • Schedule: M-F / 9:00a - 6:00 p ET (subject for extended hour depending on business need)

      Pay Range

      The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


      $78,400 - $107,800 per year


      This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
