      Duties


      • You will serve as a Precision Strike Weaponeering Analyst, N2 Intelligence Division of Cruise Missile Support Activity Pacific (CMSA PAC), Honolulu, HI.
      • You will lead the production of electronic targeting folders ensuring accuracy and completeness.
      • You will develop and create manuals, reports, and studies regarding TLAM, CPS, and LRHW weapon effectiveness.
      • You will mentor and train lower grade professional staff of weaponeering specialist.
      • You will perform electronic target database management and periodic validation of conventional target data.

      Requirements


      • Must be a US Citizen.
      • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
      • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

      • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
      • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
      • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
      • This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
      • You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
      • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
      • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

      Qualifications


      GS-13: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
      • Experience of photogrammetric theory, photogrammetric measurement tequniques, and national/ tactical imagery evaluation methods to oversee the preparation and production of geopositioning products.
      • Experience of the functions, processes, and principles of cruise missle mission planning and mission distribution.
      • Experience of target database management functions contained in the targeting cycle.

      GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
      • Experience being assessed by a formal CMSA PAC command review
      • Experience performing a full scope of the major duties of the position and functioning under the supervisory controls

      GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
      • Experience completing TCM JQR's and achieve certification
      • Experience maintaining certification and proficiency as a Weaponeer
      • Experience maintaining certification and proficiency as Conventional Prompt Strike Planner

      GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
      • Experience maintaining certification as a Weaponeering Analyst
      • Experience in the Completion of CPS and CTM training JQR's and certifications

      GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
      • Experience of completion of all Weaponeering Job Qualification Requirements and Weaponeering Certification
