      Your Responsibilities

      As a Precision Upgrades Manufacturing Engineer for John Deere Performance Upgrades located in Mt. Joy, IA, you will….

      • Provide support and basic trouble shooting for warehouse operations and systems (John Deere Assembly Assist Tool {JDAAT}, Ignition, SAP, etc)
      • Identify and implement projects that improve operational metrics (safety, quality, productivity)
      • Define and implement bundle MBOM structure (Manufacturing Bill of Material) structure, warehouse process SOE (Sequence of Events) and packaging definition
      • Participate in team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity, and efficiency
      • Implement new picking and bundling processes and technology
      • Identify and execute workflow related to CI changes
      • Work collaboratively with the 3PL, quality, supply management and operations functions

      What Makes You Stand Out

      • Manufacturing, quality or operations experience and a willingness to learn and work in a fast- paced environment
      • Working knowledge in core systems Windchill, Creo and SAP/PDM link, JDAAT
      • Proficiency with Microsoft tools

      Education

      Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

      • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering /Technology discipline or equivalent experience
