- Be part of a mixed team of experts and project managers for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Bosch.
- The contribution in developing and implementing new effective measures and deployment mechanisms in the company is one of your tasks.
- You will bring in your own ideas and impulses based on own analyses and benchmarks.
- Education: You will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) and have obtained above-average results and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter
- Experience and Knowledge: Ideally first experiences in large companies by through other internships; practical knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Personality and Working Practice: Communicative, supportive and analytical
- Enthusiasm: Affinity to conceptualization and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion in large companies
- Languages: Fluency in English and German (oral and written)

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
