      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide premium level service, assisting members with medical and pharmacy benefits, eligibility, and claim resolution
      - Serve as a single point of contact for designated insurance plans
      - Educate members about managing their health and well-being
      - Research and resolve complex member issues
      - Utilize multiple systems and platforms to retrieve information and assist members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of combined work and/or volunteer experience
      - 2+ years of call center/customer service experience in a professional environment
      - Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new complex systems
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare/insurance environment
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plan design
      - Background in social work, behavioral health, or health promotion
      - Prior claims processing experience
      - Sales or account management experience
