      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct examinations of policyholders' accounting and financial records to ensure accurate premium calculations
      - Manage assigned workload and territory while providing timely and accurate service to insured clients and internal partners
      - Resolve disputes and questions arising from the auditing function
      - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers while anticipating their needs
      - Participate in short-term defined scope projects and assist in training new auditors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
      - Completion of a Zurich approved Apprenticeship Program with an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area
      - Experience with laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office
      - Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules and industry practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - APA and CPCU certifications
      - Experience with large, multi-state premium audits
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
