What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and audit territory
- Provide timely and accurate service to insured clients, agents, and internal partners
- Ensure accurate calculation of audited exposures and resolve disputes
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships while anticipating needs
- Participate in defined scope projects and assist in training new auditors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years of experience in the same field, or
- Completion of an approved Apprenticeship Program with an Associate Degree and 5+ years of experience
- Experience with laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules and practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- APA or CPCU certification
- Experience in large, multi-state premium audits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
