What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform virtual audits on multi-state accounts within established authority levels
- Collect and analyze pertinent data to calculate policy premium liability
- Review Workers Compensation manuals and policy documents to determine appropriate audit exposures
- Communicate completed audit results effectively with insured contacts and agents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience or completion of a premium audit trainee program
- Knowledge of workers compensation insurance and occupational classification codes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret policy documents and financial information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress toward or completion of industry-recognized professional designations (e.g., APA, IIA, AIU, CPCU, ARM)
- Experience working in a multi-functional business unit
- Proficiency in using company-standard software and performing mathematical computations
