      The Cincinnati Insurance Companies’ Premium Audit department is currently seeking a premium audit reviewer. This department does offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week and the other days at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio .

      Starting range of pay: $21-$22 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus based on company and individual performance.

      Be ready to :

      • review and analyze auditor and policyholder reports
      • calculate premiums to determine final premium earned for the audit term
      • determine the variance between original policy premiums vs audited premiums
      • examine policies & endorsements in full detail
      • prepare accurate audit premium statements in both automated and manual systems
      • receive and resolve inquiries regarding audits from agents and policyholders

      Be equipped with:

      • accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
      • strong mathematical skills
      • analytical thinking & strong decision-making skills
      • excellent written and verbal communication
      • ability to prioritize and handle high volume / fast pace work environment
      • willingness to assist other team members and take on additional responsibilities
      • basic knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rating and classification
      • experience with e-CLAS and EDM helpful

      Bring education or experience from:

      • high school diploma or GED, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
