What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform sensitive and complex premium processing and auditing functions while addressing customer inquiries
- Provide comprehensive issue resolution through root cause analysis and collaboration with internal teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering training and support to team members
- Conduct audits and prepare reports to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with field representatives to ensure smooth implementation of changes and recommend alternative solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in Accounting, Finance, billing reconciliation, and/or auditing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to navigate various software systems
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection and be located in a listed area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Practical experience as a GPS Specialist or equivalent knowledge
- Knowledge of GPS business processing functions, including insurance accounting practices and related regulations
- Understanding of group insurance concepts and all group product lines, along with knowledge of the Group Operation and its interrelationships
