- Provide complex case management, delivering high-quality service to users

- Personalize communications to users, meeting their unique preferences with exceptional care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in multicultural customer service teams, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders to resolve conflicts effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for exceptional customer service
- Proficient in computer skills, including Apple/Mac OS and Google Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working for technology platforms in the hospitality sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Experience handling high-profile and influential clientele
- Language proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
