Starting Salary:
Starting salary range is $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, subject to culinary cooking test.

Qualifications
Our Full-Time Blue Duck Tavern Prep Cook will work various stations in the kitchen and have significant supervision and training. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and also take direction in a high-performance environment.
· At least 2 years of previous line experience required
· Prior fine dining experience required
· Culinary degree or related hotel experience
· Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques
· Refined verbal communication skills
· Ability to work single station in the kitchen
· Strong customer service and teamwork skills
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Must have full time availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays
