      Responsibilities

      • Labels and stocks all ingredients
      • Washes, chops and mixes large amounts of vegetables, meats and other ingredients
      • Ensures ingredients are fresh and by checking storage temperature at regular intervals
      • Follows all relevant nutrition and sanitation guidelines
      • Consistently follows precise recipes
      • Dis poses spoiled food and other waste material
      • Mai ntains cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations

      Qualifications

      • Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
      • Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
      • Have effective communication skills
      • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
      • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
