      Responsibilities

      Preps all records in the manner and order required, and scans all records into the optical Imaging System. Forwards all scanned documents to the QC/Indexing area.

      Qualifications

      Required:

    • One (1) year of experience in record assembly/analysis or record prepping/scanning; OR two (2) years of clerical, customer service, or data entry experience with Windows, HBOC and other micro computer applications; OR two (2) years of general medical record experience in a medical record department.
    • Excellent Analytical, Reading, Comprehension, and Communication skills.
    • Preferred:

    • Three (3) years of experience with record assembly analysis.
    • One (1) year of experience with imaging systems.
    • One (1) year of experience working as a receptionist, in a mail room or in a medical records environment.
    • Work Hours:

      7:00 - 3:45
