Job Description

- Professional technical course;
- Minimum 8 years work experience in the Civil Construction and public works;
- Professional experience in BIM methodology (preferential);
- Solid knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD tools;
- Analysis and Problem solving;
- Rigor and Reliability;
- Teamwork;
- Mobility availability.
Analyze the execution, study or planning projects, identifying required materials and work quantities to be executed, as well as carry out the work follow up, aligned with superior guidelines and established procedures, to identify the materials and works required for each project.
Analyze the project elements, namely sufficiency and inadequacy in the interconnection between the various areas of expertise with the purpose of identifying anomalies and study alternative technical solutions. Make the detail design aligned with the project established and respective specifics to identify, order and apply materials required for the work execution. Support the work implementation on site, ensuring the conformity with designed pieces based on project analysis. Cooperate with the Quantity surveying and planning in the process of errors and omissions and production of works during the work, to guarantee a correct information that can work as basis to invoicing by the work owner and payment control to subcontractors.
