  Company Overview

  Preschool Teacher Assistant Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be willing to meet all state preschool teacher requirements; Including a WA MERIT background check, TB skin test, MMR vaccine, WA food handlers card, CPR certification and the 30-hour STARS training certificate
  • High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
  • A minimum of 6 months previous experience as a preschool teacher assistant preferred
  • Child Development Associate or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related preferred

  Preschool Teacher Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will embrace the Cadence Education philosophy and collaborate with a dynamic team to create a nurturing learning environment for all children. You will document and share important milestones with parents, work with fellow teachers to implement engaging curriculum, and foster children's interests and safety. Enhance play experiences, model social behavior, and contribute to planning diverse daily activities.
