If so, we would love to hear from you as we have a vacancy for a MATERNITY COVER Prescribing Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist to join our prescriptions hub team from June 2025.

      Main duties of the job

      We are looking for a MATERNITY COVER Lead Clinical Pharmacist Fixed Term Contract for 12 months with a possibility of extending, who is a competent independent prescriber and shares our values of offering high quality patient centered care. In return we can offer:

      Lordswood Medical Group has:

      Three sites, Lordswood House, Quinborne Medical Practice and Quinton Family Practice

      A team of 7 Partners and 8 Salaried GPs and 1 Paramedic (who cover the majority of home visits), 3 Clinical Pharmacists and a very supportive team of Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomists alongside a growing PCN clinical team of Paramedics, Care Coordinators and a physician associate.

      An excellent skilled admin team and highly supportive management team working across all three sites

      Is part of a forward thinking, supportive PCN with a well established and rapidly growing clinical team

      Partners and Salaried GPs as trainers to students and registrars

      A growing group list size of 25,300 patients

      Rated good with outstanding in well-led by CQC

      Significant representation within the CCG, LMC and OHP
