      Position Overview:

      The Press Operator will be trained on how to operate a rubber press used to mold rubber products. The Operator will load material into the machine, run the production cycle, and removed the finished product once cured. Visual inspection will be performed on parts in addition to packaging them and completing the associated production control worksheet.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Safe operations of a rubber mold/press machine
      • Load/unload materials into machine per instructions
      • Oversee each operation to ensure it is done correctly
      • Keep machines running to meet production expectations
      • Visually inspect parts, which can be small, for visual defects

      Requirements:
      • Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours continuously
      • Reliable attendance
      • Strong visual acuity
      • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
      • Must have own reliable transportation
