Up to $120 for safety toed shoes
Up to $135 for uniforms
Up to $125 for prescription safety glasses
Overtime
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
At least 1 year of experience operating a machine is preferred
Accurately document and record information
Maintain performance numbers while producing good quality product
Facilitate press make-ready, run and wash-up
Effectively troubleshoot print quality, register and technical specification issues
Set up and operating the press in an effective and efficient manner
Monitor equipment and the printing process to ensure quality and adherence to food safety standards
Demonstrates timely and effective problem solving skills
Provides data to Prism in support of the manufacturing, sales, and materials information systems
Demonstrates effective interaction skills to support team activities related to effective process decisions and goals
Demonstrates knowledge and ability to perform quality control tests to ensure customer specifications
Ensures that finished product is produced according to customer specifications
Understand and follow GMPs for Food Safety
Last performance review was rated “Performer” or higher
No disciplinary actions beyond a written within the past year
Must be in current role for more than 120 days
Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Press Operator position at their VR1 facility located in Villa Rica, Georgia.Pay: $22.83 - $34.26 per hour depending on experience
Plus, an additional $2.50 per hour for the night shift premium
Schedule: Nights 7:00pm-7:00am on a 3/2 rotating schedule
