What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct human resources and fiscal programmatic activities
- Serve as the personnel strategic planner and resource development/allocation manager
- Perform budget formulation work, including detailed analysis and cost analyses for multi-year funding needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships within the organization
- Adapt duties and responsibilities according to grade level and position requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Males must be registered for Selective Service
- Ability to maintain current certifications as required
- Willingness to undergo random drug testing
- Availability to work other than normal duty hours, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in military or civilian human resources management
- Familiarity with budget formulation and cost analysis within a government context
- Previous roles involving strategic planning and resource allocation
- Knowledge of security clearance requirements and processes
- Understanding of personnel management within a government or military framework
