What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and produce pharmacy claims data reporting to assess competitiveness and accuracy of financial pricing programs
- Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to analyze pharmacy supply chain economic data
- Verify the integrity of data used for pricing program analysis, including data extraction and manipulation
- Identify and mitigate financial pricing issues affecting client and pharmacy financial pricing guarantees
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define financial pricing requirements and develop solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in applied math, statistics, finance, economics, or related field; HS diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in pricing or financial analysis, including 1 year in Pharmacy Benefit Management or related field
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Proficiency in data modeling, analysis, and management principles using SQL, SAS, Alteryx, R, or Python
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating pricing and profitability models
- Experience in PBM pricing
- Familiarity with Big Data and Data Analytics
- Proficiency in using Tableau, Teradata, or related technologies
