      Position Overview:

      Pricing data, strategy and revenue analytics are increasingly impacting traditional businesses, and the heavy equipment business is no exception. Through system and quoting controls, improved administration, revenue analytics and strategic optimization, Finning is working to identify market willingness to pay and dynamic optimization opportunities.

      The Pricing Coordinator I will execute on the pricing administration roadmap developed by the pricing manager for the region. The Coordinator will work in conjunction with the regional pricing analysts to implement pricing changes to drive Finning profitability.

      For this position, the expected salary range is between $55,000 - $60,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.

      Job Description:

      Responding to general inquiries from the business specific to Finning’s pricing system and processes

      Responsible for front line pricing administration, ensuring users are having accurate and uninterrupted service, updating price lists and databases as required.

      • Ensuring sales audit requirements are met for Caterpillar Marketing Support Claims
      • Follow up with sales rep/sales manager/cat reps on any discretionary supporting documents

      Responsible for routine system and pricing governance to ensure pricing remains consistent and profitable

      Work with Finning Canada Pricing analysts to understand current pricing processes and leverage these to achieve revenue and profit targets

      • Ability to work across an organization, influence others and build commitment to a recommended direction while managing multiple internal and external stakeholders

      Education & Experience:

      • Secondary diploma required, post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
      • ERP experience
      • SQL Database systems experience
      • Pricing administration experience
      • Demonstrated history of an ability to achieve results through effective collaborative relationship and project management.
      • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed administrative and deliverable work targets
      • Knowledge of equipment, solutions, components and systems
