      Description

      EMS is currently seeking a Pricing Representative. The Pricing Representative will need to pay strong attention to detail, be able to track daily deal status, making necessary adjustments to accounts, as well as being able to multitask.

      Required Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Entering data into internal billing systems and databases, often from source documents like paper records, digital files, or verbal information.
      • A sharp eye for detail is crucial to catch errors and maintain data accuracy.
      • Clear communication skills are needed to interact with team members and resolve issues.
      • Performing regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
      • The ability to work under deadlines as well as the ability to manage time effectively.
      • Monitor reporting on merchant pricing.
      • Resolve escalated issues with various departments related to pricing issues.
      • Rate and/or fee-related changes to existing merchant accounts.
      • Daily deal status tracking.
      • Daily PCI fee account adjustments.
      • Daily monitoring of system reporting.

      Qualifications

      Essential Skills and Experience:

      • Must have the ability to type 50-65 WPM and 9,000-11,000 KPH.
      • Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
      • Strong communication skills.
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      • Ability to work independently.
      • Maintain a positive attitude with co-workers and Management.
