      JOB OVERVIEW:

      This position is responsible for maintaining Sales Plans and Customer Level pricing. The Pricing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team to execute new pricing requests, maintain current pricing, and distribute pricing information to internal partners.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • 30% Load all Sales Plan and/or Customer Level pricing into JDE system as directed from the Sales Teams. This requires calculating margins and fixed sell prices, unit of measure validations, and confirming positive gross profit (“GP”) for all product prices being loaded.
      • 25% Maintain current pricing in JDE system. This involves working with the Sales Team to re-load pricing due to cost increases to protect our margins. Notify Sales Teams on expiring pricing through distribution of the Master Sales Plan List.
      • 20% Respond to inquiries and questions sent to the department inbox in a timely manner. Inquiries may involve interpreting and resolving pricing discrepancies and supplying pricing reports.
      • 15% Uphold pricing data in the Business Intelligence (“BI”) Portal’s pricing tools segment. This includes Gatekeeper reassignment, validating the Customer Agreement file, and updating Sales Plan and price types.
      • 5% Participate in special projects and performs other duties as necessary.
      • 5% Provide recommendations to Management on technology enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.

      SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

      • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

      MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

      Typically 4 or more years of related experience.

      PREFERRED EDUCATION:

      Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

      TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

      Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

      The posted range for this position is $40,053 - $62,583 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
