What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with engineering, project management, and subject matter experts to analyze RFPs and develop detailed pricing models
- Conduct in-depth competitive pricing analysis to set price targets and enhance proposal value propositions
- Prepare insightful reports analyzing industry trends and pricing patterns
- Ensure proposals are compliant, complete, and submitted on time, meeting all requirements
- Develop and update cost/pricing templates that align with evolving company and industry needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of professional experience working with complex client projects
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing external and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Business, finance, and accounting aptitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), ERP systems, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Any relevant experience with pricing proposals, cost analysis, or in the Electronic Tolling or Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) sectors
