- Taking incoming customer calls, answering their queries and assist with making bookings.
- Proactively making outbound calls to customers.
- Responding to emails and resolve queries, taking ownership until resolved.
- Actioning changes to client records ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
- Working within assigned SLA’s and KPI Expectations.
- Working in line with Bupa values and conduct.
- Attention to detail and Listening Skills.
- PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages such as Outlook and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels.
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Be able to remain positive and calm whilst projecting a ‘can do’ attitude within the team/department.

Job Description:
Primary Care Booking Advisor
Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP (Hybrid)
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
£23,000 plus fantastic benefits
37.5 hours per week (8 hour shifts on a rotation shift basis)
Operating hours of this service are Monday to Friday 6am-10pm Saturday to Sunday 8am-10pm
Working 3 full Weekends in every 8

Overview of the role:
At Bupa we have an exciting new opportunity in the health services team for Primary Care Booking Advisors. Working as a Primary Care Booking advisor you will be responsible for booking in new and repeat customers to our online consultation platform. As the first point of contact for customers you will take ownership for any queries that may come your way and action changes to client records ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner. You will thrive from working in a fast-paced environment with a team who are focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
