Senior Living Facilities are admitting higher acuity patients that demand top performing Nurse Practitioners to become integrated care leaders for their rehab and long-term care patients. Our NPs are key providers in the patient’s collaboration team of physicians, nursing facility staff, families and other care givers dedicated to ensuring and enriching each patient’s quality of life.

Below are areas that 360care provides for your practice’s support, so you can dedicate more time to patient care and relationships and less time with administrative tasks.

• Scheduling and billing are completed by 360Care
• Laptop for documentation, EMR, and IT support
• Collaborative Physician for all our NPs
