      Pediatrician to serve as primary care provider for busy Eastside/Seattle pediatrics-only practice serving nearly 100,000 infants, children, and teens. Daytime office hours for an organization open 365 days a year with onsite nurses, medical assistance, x-ray, phlebotomy, and point of care testing

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • The Pediatrician provides preventative and acute care in a pediatrics-only practice. Optional newborn hospital rounding, night call, and telehealth opportunities.

      Requirements:

      • MD or DO license and American Board of Pediatrics certified
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Excellent interpersonal/people skills
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Familiar with electronic medical record charting and Microsoft Office 365 software
      • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to all clinics as staffing needs change
      • Must be 18 years of age or older
      • Pre-Employment Requirements:
      • Background check
      • Drug testing in compliance with Washington State Bill 5123 for this safety-sensitive position.
      • To uphold safety for all employees and patients, we continue to require vaccination status for all new hires, including remote or hybrid schedules, at time of hire and annually
      • Current COVID booster, or as newly released, and annually each fall
      • We require flu immunizations at time of hire, or as newly released, and annually each fall
      • Various other immunization requirements that we can discuss during your interview
      • All employees are seasonally required to wear a surgical, KN95 or N95 mask while seeing patients.

      Education:

      • Current board certified/board eligible in pediatrics, Washington State license in good standing
      • Current DEA license
      • Current CPR or PALS certificate

      Schedule:

      • Flexible schedule, will include some weekends, and holidays.
      • Minimum of 4 hours per scheduled shift.
      • Full-time (32 patient-facing hours/week)and part-time (24 patient-facing hours/week) schedules available.

      Work Environment/Physical Demands:

      The following is required to perform the essential functions of this role.

      While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works in an office/clinic setting, are as follows:

      • Prolonged periods of standing, walking and bending
      • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
      • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
