What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, plan, implement, and evaluate educational content delivered through the virtual environment of PrimE Academy
- Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership and clinical topics, including critical care content
- Measure the effectiveness of educational programs in achieving organizational goals
- Create curriculum materials and deliver presentations to various audiences
- Travel to multiple healthcare facilities as needed for educational purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license issued by the state
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire and maintenance of these certifications
- Master’s degree in nursing and/or education, or a comparable degree
- Minimum of two years of previous education experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create curriculum
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of a learning management platform
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and hospital operations
