  Job Summary

  The prime associate is the entry position on the Veritas Prime Consulting career path. The primary job of a Prime associate is to achieve certification and learn from more senior

  consultants. Prime associates work under the direct supervision of a Team Lead or Project Manager. Prime associates will participate in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies. They focus on application and process specific solution consulting for SAP SuccessFactors.

  Upon successful training the associate consultant will engage in support of various stages of projects across the global, and to support Veritas Prime regional (for a specific application: support the creation of business documentation, processes, implementation based on these documents, support execution of testing, go live support, and post go live support in a project implementation). They may support escalated projects, perform feasibility studies / solution reviews and support pre-sales activities.

  This will be for October 2025 intake, we will be sharing the initial aptitude test in Nov/Dec 2024

  Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Complete an 8 week training program that will certify you as an official SAP Associate Consultant
  • A second, specialised certification in one other functional module of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. compensation management, performance and goal management, learning management, recruitment or on-boarding, Workforce Analytics)
  • Shadowing experienced consultants on Implementation projects
  • Exposure to ticket handling for our HelpMyCloud support customers
  • Supporting senior members of the team

  Education

  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
