      Job Description:

      Perform engineering design, development, and testing for high-end SOC in support of DFT solutions for Automotive and Industrial applications products implemented in leading edge manufacturing technologies. Develop DFT solution for advanced products in leading edge manufacturing technologies; align DFT implementation with the SOC platform and IP blocks in order to deliver a cost-effective, high quality implementation. Assess and close requirements with the architecture, RTL, and product teams to ensure DFT solutions are efficient and meet manufacturing requirements. Partner with the test engineering team to develop comprehensive and efficient manufacturing test programs, develop DFT patterns meeting product test requirements for Scan Stuck-At, Transition Delay, Memory BIST and Logic BIST. Ensure test patterns are operational immediately after silicon arrives to ensure power distribution, static timing analysis, clock distribution, and other physical parameters. Drive improvements with the Quality team and Failure Analysis to address any design gaps promptly. 5% travel within U.S. and international (India) travel req'd.

      Qualifications:

      Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.

      Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, SoC Design Engineer, or related occupation.

      Required skills:

      Position requires five (5) years of experience in:

      • Verilog coding;
      • Design for Test (DFT) skills;
      • Pen and TCL scripting;
      • Integration of digital subsystem in a chip; and
      • Static Timing Analysis (STA).
